Please take notice that one H-1B nonimmigrant worker has been sought to fill the position of Physical Therapist (076).  

She will fill that position from July 28, 2025, until at least July 27, 2028, and will be paid the wage of at least $60.00 per hour.  

She will be employed at these locations: (1) 34-18 Northern Boulevard, Suite 3-51, Long Island City, New York 11101; and/or (2) 483 Clermont Avenue, 3rd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11238

A copy of the Labor Condition Application filed in respect of the H-1B nonimmigrant worker will be available for public inspection. 

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
