Please take notice that one H-1B nonimmigrant worker has been sought to fill the position of Occupational Therapist (Occupational Code 076).  

She will fill that position from October 1, 2025, until at least September 30, 2028, and will be paid the wage of at least $50.00 per hour.  

She will be employed at these locations: (1) 34-18 Northern Boulevard, Suite 3-51, Long Island City, New York 11101; and/or (2) 80 Willoughby Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201.

A copy of the Labor Condition Application filed in respect of the H-1B nonimmigrant worker will be available for public inspection. 

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
