Please take notice that one H-1B nonimmigrant worker has been sought to fill the position of Physical Therapist (076).

She will fill that position from August 15, 2022 (or as soon as is permitted thereafter) until at least August 14, 2025 (or as long as is permitted) and will be paid the wage of at least $36.00 per hour.
She will be employed at these locations: (1) 34-18 Northern Boulevard, Suite 5-5, Long Island City, New York 11101; and/or (2) 1732 Davidson Avenue, Bronx, New York 10453.
A copy of the labor condition application filed in respect of the H-1B nonimmigrant worker will be available for public inspection.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
