Executive Director
Co-founder of Therapeutic Resources, turned a visionary idea born in NYU's classrooms into a flourishing enterprise with just $2000. From her early days as a pediatric occupational therapist to a leader managing long-term care rehab departments, Marilyn's journey is marked by resilience and innovation. Her comprehensive approach has not only scaled TR but also enriched the OT field through teaching, lecturing globally, and co-authoring a seminal textbook. Beyond her professional achievements, Marilyn finds joy in life's simple pleasures, cherishing moments with her dog Oliver, wife Sandra, and indulging in pickleball, golf, and quality time with loved ones.
Lisa Davis, MA, OTR/L
Executive Director
Co-founder of Therapeutic Resources, is a beacon in occupational therapy, especially in senior care. Her leadership, coupled with Marilyn, has grown TR into a vital resource, employing thousands. Beyond her professional prowess, Lisa has co-authored an influential OT textbook and enriched many through teaching. Her life outside TR is filled with adventure and joy, from skiing and bike riding to playing pickleball and spending quality time with her beloved sheepadoodle, Scarlett.
Amy Desouky
Director of Operations
Amy Desouky serves as Director of Operations at Therapeutic Resources. She is the one everyone turns to help solve problems from human resources, to payroll issues, technology challenges, finance and management. In addition to being the “mom” of Therapeutic Resources, she is a mother of two, who loves cooking, spending time in the sun and being with her kids.

Caldra Smart, Director of Recruitment & Staffing, has spent over 28 years with Therapeutic Resources, ensuring therapists find their next best step with the company. A specialist in Adult Rehab, Pediatric, Outpatient and Private Practice options, she's the warm spirit whose creativity and expertise in business development, recruiting & placement turns every search into a discovery of passion. Her track record of success and dedication to meeting the specific needs of each clinician is reflected in the long-term relationships she has developed with both candidates & clients over the years. A mother of two, she enjoys spending quality time with family & friends or traveling.

Placement Coordinator
Taneika shines at Therapeutic Resources as a dedicated Foreign Recruitment Specialist and Placement Coordinator. Placement Coordinator
Since 2014, Rae-Ann Hooblal at Therapeutic Resources has evolved from an administrative assistant to a key placement coordinator, passionately connecting providers with meaningful and rewarding school-based positions. Off-duty, she embraces adventure and creativity, finding joy in travel and painting.
Seanan Carpino
Early Intervention Program Director
Seanan, leading the Early Intervention Division at Therapeutic Resources since 2016, blends her passion for children with unmatched excellence in service and compliance. Mastering perfect compliance on quality and fiscal fronts, she's elevated TR to a platinum standard for others to follow. Off the clock, Seanan shines as the ultimate "dance mom," using her adept managerial skills from TR to contribute to her daughters' successful burgeoning dance careers.

Early Intervention Program Assistant Director
Since 2016, Yesenia Morales has been the dynamic force behind Therapeutic Resources in the Early Intervention Department as our Assistant Director. Collaborating closely with Seanan Carpino, she's outstanding at boosting efficiency and productivity. A leader with a flair for problem-solving, Yesenia also channels her creativity into interior design, transforming spaces with her keen eye for detail.
