Dump The Lumps: The World Health Organization Says Eat Less Sugar

Sugar is sweet. But too much of it can expand our waistlines, rot our teeth and increase the risk of Type 2 diabetes and heart disease. So the World Health Organization has new advice: Limit sugars to less than 10 percent of total calories consumed each day.
