Please take notice that one H-1B nonimmigrant worker has been sought to fill the position of Occupational Therapist (076). 

She will fill that position from August 15, 2023 (or as soon thereafter as permitted) until at least August 14, 2026 (or as long as is permitted) and will be paid the wage of at least $64.00 per hour.   She will be employed at these locations: (1) 200 East 69th Street, Suite 2-S, New York, New York 10021; and/or (2) 80 Willoughby Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201; and/or (3) 510 Waverly Street, Brooklyn, New York 11206; and/or (4) 168 State Street, Apartment 3C, Brooklyn, New York 11201.A copy of the labor condition application filed in respect of the H-1B nonimmigrant worker will be available for public inspection.  Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
