NOTICE OF THE FILING OF A LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION FOR ONE H-1B NONIMMIGRANT WORKER
March 31, 2023Please take notice that one H-1B nonimmigrant worker has been sought to fill the position of Occupational Therapist (076).
She will fill that position from September 6, 2023, until at least September 5, 2026, and will be paid the wage of at least $64.00 per hour.
She will be employed at these locations: (1) 200 East 69th Street, Suite 2-S, New York, New York 11106; and/or (2) KIPP Infinity Charter School, 625 West 133rd Street, New York, New York 10027.
A copy of the labor condition application filed in respect of the H-1B1 nonimmigrant worker will be available for public inspection.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
