Please take notice that one H-1B nonimmigrant worker has been sought to fill the position of Occupational Therapist (076). 

He will fill that position from October 1, 2024, until at least September 30, 2027, and will be paid the wage of at least $62.00 per hour. 

He will be employed at these locations: (1) 200 East 69th Street, Suite 2-S, New York, New York 10021; and/or (2) Voice Charter School, 37-15 13th Street, Long Island City, New York 11101; and/or (3) Renaissance Charter School, 35-59 81st Street, Jackson Heights, New York 11372.

A copy of the Labor Condition Application filed in respect of the H-1B nonimmigrant worker will be available for public inspection.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
