Please take notice that one H-1B nonimmigrant worker has been sought to fill the position of Physical Therapy Health Services Manager (occupational code 187).  

She will fill that position from October 1, 2024, until September 30, 2027, and will be paid the wage of at least $47.00 per hour.  

She will be employed at these locations: (1) 200 East 69th Street, Suite 2-S, New York, New York 11106; and/or (2) The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 140 St. Edwards Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201.

A copy of the Labor Condition Application filed in respect of the H-1B nonimmigrant worker will be available for public inspection. 

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
